A carton is a great way to add an additional layer of protection. This could help keep your product fresh, prevent scuffing, and breakage.

A carton gives you additional real estate to promote the features and benefits of your product. Instead of a 1/2 page ad, you’ve now got an interactive full spread ad to sell your product.

Cartons Push Perceived Value

This additional layer of packaging can give your product a boost in perceived quality. Think of a bottle of high end cologne or perfume.

Designed by CPS Designer Morgan Sorensen. This is a carton intended to hold a plastic-wrapped bar of soap. A large circle has been cut out of the front facade as a fragrance vent.

Cartons are glued and shipped to you flat (to save on shipping). Once you get it, squeeze the edges, close the base, insert product, close the top and voila … complete!

Designed by CPS Designer Keith McCauley (me). Nefertiti uses the exact same die as Ibis Botanicals, but notice what a different design on a stock die can do. Customized dies are not expensive, so don’t get locked into a specific carton shape or size.
