The M1306WH is a 2 oz glossy white LDPE plastic 5-layer tube with flip cap and heat induction seal (HIS) liner. Tubes are flexible and squeezable containers that are filled and then pinched shut. Liquids, gels, and creams are typically stored in tubes. Five-layer tubes are composed of ... you guessed it ... five layers. There's an inner layer that's in contact with your product, a bonding layer, an insulating layer, another bonding layer, and the outer layer. These layers work to keep your product fresh and the tube safe from damage. This closure comes with a heat induction seal (HIS) liner, already placed inside the cap. An HIS liner is a metallic disk that provides an airtight, tamper-evident hermetic seal when an appropriate heat induction sealing process is applied. LDPE has medium clarity, good chemical resistance, high impact resistance, and high scratch resistance.
