This is a handheld manual heat induction sealing machine. The M190HIS is extremely simple to use, and is optimal for small to medium production runs, and will work with flat caps with a diameter of 20 to 100 mm. The M190HIS is compatible with glass and plastic containers with flat threaded caps (won't work with spouted closures) and heat induction seal liners. It weighs 11 lbs (5 kg), so it's easy to relocate to wherever you need it. You can seal up to 12 containers per minute, depending on your product characteristics and operator speed. To use, fill your container, put on your cap and HIS liner, tighten the cap (don't over-tighten), place the wand over the top of the cap, and press the thumb-button. You will need to experiment with the duration and intensity settings to find what works best for your production run.
