Black PP plastic 38-400 ribbed skirt hinged flip top snap controlled dispensing lid

This 2" flip-top closure is designed for smooth, consistent dispensing in food and beverage packaging. It has a 38-400 neck finish, a 48mm diameter, and a flat sealing configuration that works well with both upright and inverted containers. The closure is liner capable and includes a built-in, silicon, dispensing valve system to keep things tidy and predictable, no surprise splatters allowed. This closure excels in clean cut-off and easy use, especially with sauces, dressings, and other pourable products. Finished in gloss and not bi-injection molded, it's a dependable go-to when controlled flow and a solid seal matter. This lid comes with a pressure sensitive (PS) liner. Pressure sensitive liners are made from foamed polystyrene. When the lid (with liner installed) is affixed to the bottle, the liner adheres to the bottle's landing/orifice. Before product can be dispensed, the lid must be removed and the PS liner peeled off and discarded.
