The J827CLBK is a 10 oz clear PET plastic single-wall jar featuring a black PP plastic tamper-evident, child-resistant lid with a smooth skirt. When the lid is removed, the tamper-evident ring is broken, and the insert stays outside the jar opening. This child-resistant lid has passed the necessary regulatory evaluations. Made from polypropylene (PP), the lid is highly heat-resistant and durable, offering excellent fatigue resistance.
The jar is constructed from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a semi-rigid, lightweight material from the polyester family. PET provides high clarity, strength, and impact resistance, along with good chemical resistance. However, it is not suitable for storing products containing more than 5% essential oils or more than 15% fragrance oils. For higher concentrations, we recommend using glass containers.
