Description: The L020 is a 48 twist metal lid with a plastisol liner. This plastisol liner (which cannot be removed), is a vinyl material, that when heated, and then solidified, creates an air-tight seal. This lid is a twist, which means it has a non-continuous thread on the inside of the skirt. Plastisol should not be exposed to temperatures above approximately 190°F (88°C); as it may deform or come loose from the lid. Please test a sample. This is an example of a film positive for the first color of a 2 color silk print. A film positive is made for each color.
Film positives are always printed in black. Screens are then made from this film positive.
