Description: The G256 is a bulb-shaped 125 mL (approximately 4.22 oz) jar with a twist neck made of clear glass. with a twist neck finish. This jar features some decorative facets or ridges on the sides. The twist neck means that the lid only needs to be twisted a quarter turn in order to be sealed. This container is perfect for jams, jellies, condiments, relishes, candles, and more.

This is an example of a full color, CMYK printed label. Your labels are printed directly from properly prepped digital files. Be sure to set up your bleeds, trim lines, and live area properly to ensure the best label print.

2 Color Silk Print on Amber Bottle

First Color/Film Positive: Orange PMS 1375

This is an example of a film positive for the first color of a 2 color silk print. A film positive is made for each color.

Film positives are always printed in black. Screens are then made from this film positive.

Second Color/Film Positive: Khaki PMS 4685

This is the second color for a 2 color silk print. Notice that the registration marks (the crosshairs) are in the same positions on both film 1 and film 2. This tells the printer how the 2 colors interact with one another.

When the registration marks are perfectly aligned, the printer can see how color one (orange) and color 2 (khaki) are intended to interact.

Final Result

Two films are created from your artwork (1 film per color), films are used to make screens, screens are put in printing machines, ink passes through the screens onto the bottles ... and voila, your bottle is printed.
