Bleeds: Please include 1/8 (0.125) inch bleeds, and at least 1/8 inch free space around trim line. (view sample art file)
Color: CMYK
File types: We accept Adobe files (AI, PDF, PSD) or EPS files. We cannot accept doc, docx, xls, pub, jpg, tiff, png, or bmp files.
Notes: Provide all fonts with file or convert to outlines. Design files must be 300 dpi at 100%. Make sure images are embedded inside the file.

Color: We can do one, two or three color prints. Use the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (PMS) book to pick your colors. (What are Pantone Colors?)

Product Properties

Description: The B405 is a natural 1 oz cylinder made from HDPE plastic. It can be used for comsetic, food, chemical or industrial products. It is squeezable and can be used with dispensing lids. Its small size makes it great for travel or product sampling.

2 Color Silk Print on Amber Bottle

First Color/Film Positive: Orange PMS 1375

This is an example of a film positive for the first color of a 2 color silk print. A film positive is made for each color.

Film positives are always printed in black. Screens are then made from this film positive.
