The L029B is a 70-450G gold lid with a vacuum seal button and a plastisol liner. When sealed properly the vacuum seal button fully depresses, indicating a proper seal. This plastisol liner (which cannot be removed), is a vinyl material, that when heated, and then solidified, creates an air-tight seal. Plastisol should not be exposed to temperatures above approximately 190°F (88°C); as it may deform or come loose from the lid. Please test a sample.
